Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to orders, advance payments and quotations issued by S.L.N. Precision Works, a partnership firm located at Peenya Industrial Estate, Bengaluru.

Order confirmation and advance

Orders are confirmed only against a written purchase order and an agreed advance payment. Production begins after receipt of the advance and confirmation of technical drawings, material and delivery terms.

Cancellation by customer

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. If production has not started, the advance may be refunded after deducting administrative and material-procurement costs already incurred. If production is underway or complete, no refund is applicable and the customer remains liable for the agreed order value.

Quality and rejection

Components are manufactured to the drawing and specifications confirmed at order acceptance. If a delivered lot does not conform to the agreed specifications, the customer must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will review the claim and, where valid, rework or replace the non-conforming parts at our cost.

No refund situations

No refund or cancellation will be entertained for orders cancelled after production has commenced, for changes requested after drawing approval, or for rejection claims arising from customer-supplied drawings or incorrect specifications.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 15 working days of written confirmation to the original payment source or account details provided by the customer.
